Russian bathhouse (Banya), Turkish hamam, Finnish sauna – what do these treatments have in common? No doubt it’s steam! Beneficial effect of steam not depending on whether it’s dry or moist was used in different countries. Nowadays, to get hot and comfortable steam, one doesn’t need to install “kamenka”, as it was done in Rus or to build tubes in walls as it was done in Roman therms. It’s enough just to use modern electric steam generators, which go well with bathhouses, saunas and mini saunas, shower cabinets and cedar casks. Everyday electric steam generators allow automatically maintain the necessary temperature rate in a steam room. Types of steam generators.

Steam generators can be either self-contained (accumulated) which need manual load of fuel or automatic (running) where water supply goes automatically. In the last one, steam generator works by a principal of washing machine: it automatically fills up to the necessary level and turns the water off on its own. As soon as the water level in steam generator goes down after boil off, electromagnetic valve turns on and the water comes back.

Characteristics

Steam generators for bathhouses and saunas of line (accumulated and running) are produced with different variants of power: 2.0 kilowatt, 4.0kilowatt, and 8.0 kilowatt.
